Excellent service. Had a RIP kit and new wheels/tires installed. The technician did fantastic work, attention to detail was extremely high. Cody and the service department had stellar communication during the process. They were able to come in under budget too! Love this place and so happy I only live 15min away from Van Warner.

These guys squeezed us in quickly, we are always traveling doing disaster relief and they’ve been very helpful to get back on the road and to continue operations. Our pups Freya enjoyed her visit too!

We were on our way to Zion National Park after a few days in Nevada. We drove from Sacramento to Nevada no issues with our RV and 2 days after being parked our check engine light came on. We called Mercedes Benz Warner Van Center and they were able to fit us in the next day. They worked on it all day discovered the issue repaired it but there was a part that needed to be ordered. The

Highly recommend! The check engine light came on during our trek from Boise to Moab. Talon, Rey, Dom (see photo left to right) and Lance (not pictured) were incredibly kind to stay after hours to address and resolve the issue with our particle filter. We made our way safely, filled with gratitude for the truly above & beyond service! ? Thanks guys!!!

I am very pleased with their service. Taran helped me with my new STO beast 25. He is very kind and knowledgeable person. I can say the same thing about Cody stanbrough and basically the whole crew at Mercedes Benz van Warner & Warner vans. I forgot the name of the mechanic that fixed my rear suspension
and the mechanic at Warner vans. I give them a "10”.

I am very pleased with their service.
When I called to make an appointment, they were very willing to accommodate my schedule.
Within two days, I received a detailed description of all the repairs needed to fix the problem along with a note of which ones were under warranty and those that were not.

Excellent customer service and quick turn-around time on our repair.
We bought a new Sprinter conversion van in Colorado and on our way west the check engine light came on saying we had a battery issue.
They checked us in quickly, got a tech on it right away and we were back on the road in two hours. They filled up our DEF, checked for other recall notices and sent us on our way.
They even provided an inexpensive rental for us to use to get lunch and get some groceries. ??

From my first contact with Michael at the Warner MB Van Center from an internet query that I sent, to taking delivery of the 2018 Sprinter 44E, everything was handled quickly and professionally. I was purchasing from Albuquerque and there were no problems in completing the purchase remotely. At the last minute Michael noticed the windshield was cracked and he had it replaced before I took delivery. I have nothing but good things to say about Michael and the dealership.
