Our 2019 Sprinter 2500 4x4 threw a DEF problem code while we were driving west from Granby, Colorado. We were able to quickly schedule an appointment that fit into our schedule. The service writer was courteous and knowledgeable. The repair, reset and test drive were completed quickly and we were able to continue our camping vacation. I took my van in to resolve an issue with the passenger door. I arrived at 8:30 and was on my way home by 10:30 with the repair made, all fluids topped off and a 100 point inspection. The waiting area was comfortable and included coffee and snacks. All the employees I interacted with were professional and helpful. I could not recommend this business more highly.

We needed the service at the certain day and couldn't wait as we were just passing by this state. It was an emergency. We are very glad and very thankful that they could fit us and schedule for the service on the same day when we called. We had steady check engine light on our dash board display. This location is a factory service center for Voltagen power systems. I had tried to get my local dealer to fix the Voltagen system on my 2023 Winnebago Travato KL, but they were in over their heads. The folks here diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than a week. Turned out the problem was simply some loose connections likely caused by the local dealer. Cost only about $250.
Very pleased with the service. The tech also did a software update while there and extensively tested the system.

Prices are what you expect and getting a call back wasn't always consistent, but I didnt feel scammed and they worked me with more than I expected. They were pleasant to work with and genuine about everything I could see. I don't see myself going anywhere else for my van.

These guys are the best! We have gone to Warner for routine maintenance and a few warranty items for 5 years. Always professional, efficient, competent, and friendly. Today Sarah, Nate, and Cody went over and above any expectations. We had trouble with a sensor 3 hours from SLC. We got two diagnostic codes of the problem(s), and called Warner. I spoke with Jackson, his knowledge base was very thorough, called all over the United States, even talk to dealerships, they could not answer if my sprinter was a 35 or 45 For a sway bar. Jackson was very knowledgeable and this company is very fortunate to have him.
