I am very pleased with their service.
When I called to make an appointment, they were very willing to accommodate my schedule.
Within two days, I received a detailed description of all the repairs needed to fix the problem along with a note of which ones were under warranty and those that were not.
And finally, when I picked up my Sprinter van, there wasn't any extra charges or surprise repairs. In fact, their mechanic actually went above and beyond by doing some preventative maintenance instead of just the bare minimum.
I'm very happy that they gave me an extended warranty, especially since my van is 14 years old.

Excellent customer service and quick turn-around time on our repair.
We bought a new Sprinter conversion van in Colorado and on our way west the check engine light came on saying we had a battery issue.
They checked us in quickly, got a tech on it right away and we were back on the road in two hours. They filled up our DEF, checked for other recall notices and sent us on our way.
They even provided an inexpensive rental for us to use to get lunch and get some groceries. ??
From my first contact with Michael at the Warner MB Van Center from an internet query that I sent, to taking delivery of the 2018 Sprinter 44E, everything was handled quickly and professionally. I was purchasing from Albuquerque and there were no problems in completing the purchase remotely. At the last minute Michael noticed the windshield was cracked and he had it replaced before I took delivery. I have nothing but good things to say about Michael and the dealership.

FYI Warners no longer a Winnebago servicing center and I didn’t know that when I checked the van in for a recall. The MBZ service part was another lovely experience, Scott, our mechanic, as always, was as thorough as always. Follow up this time was not as good as last time but I still would recommend them for excellent mechanical repairs!
We had an issue with the passenger side, safety belt, retracted and not would not come out. Called Warner went in. They looked at it. Diagnosed the problem and order the part we were back on the road in two days. The best place ever to service RVs. Quick response for a serious traveling problem.

These guys got me back on the road after being stranded with a no start Sprinter van. Nathan and the tech took good care of me and even stayed late on a Saturday to finish up. With a lot full of vans worth 10x mine they still took the time to answer all my questions and get me going as soon as possible at a very reasonable cost. I really appreciate it guys!
